About MEALS BY KIM

At MEALS BY KIM, we believe that a holistic approach centered around naturally gluten free food can transform how you feel in your body. A gluten-free diet is a requirement for those with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. But cutting back on gluten can also help anyone ease digestive symptoms, reduce chronic inflammation, boost energy, and promote weight loss.  We use seasonal and local produce when possible, fresh herbs, and quality ingredients.

We offer gluten free meals and meal kits, weekly meal prep,  cooking classes, casual catering, and events.

About KIMBERLY CARSIA

Kimberly Carsia Wellness, Meals by Kim

Certified Holistic Health Coach

200 RYT Hour Yoga Instructor

I decided to dive deeper and continue my education in holistic wellness and become a certified health coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition so I could share the healing powers of real food with others.  I work with clients both in one-on-one and small group settings to help them make sustainable lifestyle changes and become their most mindful self.  In addition, I became a certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor in 2017.  I had forgotten how beneficial yoga has been to my health and so glad to have reconnected with it.  I love to incorporate poses into my classes that promote digestion and help remove toxins from the body.  I work with clients one-on-one and teach semi private and small group sessions in cleints' homes, online, or outside in local park while the weather permits.

When I am not talking about how I put hemp seeds on literally everything and why you should too, creating new gluten free recipes for Meals by Kim,  or standing around in tree pose, I  also enjoy snuggling up with my 2 chihuahuas while binging old school tv shows with a glass of wine and my air fryer fries, because balance (aka mindful living) my friends!
