Kimberly is the best!  Before my wedding I was looking for a "clean" and sustainable way to transition over to a Keto diet.  Not only did Kim introduce me to meals I would never have thought could be so delicious, but she was also there to answer any questions I had along the way, which often included "what can I make with..." followed by a a list of very small contents left in my fridge.

I chose to work with Kim for a nutritional reboot last year. I wanted to tap into her expertise planning nutritious (and delicious) meal options for my family. Kim was wonderful to work with!

 

We started with a session at my house, in which Kim reviewed pantry and fridge items, and made modifications and suggestions.

Each week, we'd have two scheduled calls - one to plan the week's meals and second one mid-week to check-in.
