Kimberly is the best! Before my wedding I was looking for a "clean" and sustainable way to transition over to a Keto diet. I honestly had so much fun working with Kim. Her support in between our sessions was so helpful. She is very knowledgable about recipe ingredients and food labels, and helped baby step my family and I into incorporating more whole foods into our diet. We started with a session at my house, in which Kim reviewed pantry and fridge items, and made modifications and suggestions.
Each week, we'd have two scheduled calls - one to plan the week's meals and second one mid-week to check-in.
