All of our meal kits are designed to feed 4 people.  You can have them made larger.

Do you accomodate dietary restrictions?

We accomodate a variety of dietary restrictions and cater to all allergy needs, as well.  We always offers an entirely gluten-free and peanut-free menu.  most of the menu is soy free as well.

Do you deliver orders?

we do offer delivery in Philadelphia (south philly, center city, old city, fairmount, no liberties).  There is a $50 minimum + delivery fee

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes.  All orders picked up in Passyunk Square neighborhood of  South Philly are curbside pick up.

I do not follow a gluten-free diet.  Are there health benefits to it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are some benefits to a gluten free diet if it is done right!  A gluten-free diet that includes mostly whole foods and fiber rich foods can help ease digestive symptoms, reduce chronic inflammation, and boost energy.

Do you have any protocols for cross contact of food allergies?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  The kitchen is 100% gluten free, peanut free, and mostly soy free (minus use of tamari, but coconut aminos is available as a substitute).  We are very aware of food allergies and cross contact/contamination.  If you have any concerns about the preparation of your food or requests, please contact us.  Always note food restrictions,  intolerances, +/or allergies on your order.

Our meals are never frozen.  They are made fresh when you order.

Do you offer catering?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We do offer casual drop off or pick up catering.  We can cook for your small dinner party, party, or get together.  Just send us an Email!  mealsbykimphilly@gmail.com
