Yes. All orders picked up in Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philly are curbside pick up.

Yes, there are some benefits to a gluten free diet if it is done right! A gluten-free diet that includes mostly whole foods and fiber rich foods can help ease digestive symptoms, reduce chronic inflammation, and boost energy.

Yes. The kitchen is 100% gluten free, peanut free, and mostly soy free (minus use of tamari, but coconut aminos is available as a substitute). We are very aware of food allergies and cross contact/contamination. If you have any concerns about the preparation of your food or requests, please contact us.
