Cherry Berry Breakfast Bowl

This Cherry Berry Breakfast Bowl is simple, nourishing breakfast that is loaded with healthy goods antioxidants, nutrients, and fiber. It will keep you running for a few hours. Gluten Free, all natural, Vegan, and easy to make!

Health Benefits of Cherries and Berries:


Berries and Cherries contain antioxidants, fiber, minerals and vitamins. They are low calorie and low in sugar. They can help with inflammation, hormonal health, lower risk of heart disease and cancer, and help boost exercise recovery.



Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup Water or Non Dairy Milk

3/4 cup Gluten Free Oats

1/2 Banana

1/2 cup Frozen Cherries + Berries

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbs Flax Meal

1tsp Hemp Seeds

6. Top with banana, hemp seeds, Sunbutter, sprinkle some more cinnamon. Drizzle with maple syrup or Manuka honey.

Pinch of Salt (optional)

1/2 tsp Maple Syrup, Manuka Honey, or 1 Date (optional to make sweeter)



Instructions:


1. Bring water or non dairy milk to a boil.

2. Add oats, pinch of salt (optional), frozen cherries + berries, cinnamon, and flax.

3. Stir it up!

4. Turn down heat to low and cook until desired texture is reached.

5. Let sit for a minute or 2.

6. Top with banana, hemp seeds, Sunbutter, sprinkle some more cinnamon. Drizzle with maple syrup or manuka honey.
